Global Citizen Experiential

What is Global Citizen?

Global Citizen exposes students to the current affairs. Students will be given the historical development of the country they visit and its basic organizational, functional and legal features, in comparison to the United States current events. Students will be experienced of the traditional culture, furthermore to gain knowledge in global relationship development. Throughout the program, cultural activity is connected with leadership training and personal growth, which students experience as program unfolds. Students collaborate, reflect and engage in group discussions. The program is a great introductory course for high school students to prepare them for political science, history, and social study courses in college.

Each summer Global Citizen Experiential offers in-person programs to Japan, Taiwan and China.  Students will explore the culture, learn about the history, and conduct a field study.  In the end of the program, students will earn up to 3 credits with a completion of project.
